“Settlers & Colonialists” An evening with David Frum

The Subject of David Frum’s remarks next Wednesday will be, “Settlers & Colonialists.”
The phrase “settler colonialism” is often used as an accusation against Canada, as well as other important democracies. What does the accusation mean? How can it be answered by those who defend the achievements of our societies against their critics?
David Frum is a staff writer at The Atlantic and a contributor to The Hub Canada. In 2014—2017, he chaired the board of Policy Exchange, the United Kingdom’s leading center-right think tank. He previously served as speechwriter and special assistant to President George W. Bush. He is the author or coauthor of ten books
