Christopher Dummitt is a professor of Canadian History at Trent University, host of the Canadian history podcast 1867 & All That, and a Senior Fellow at the Macdonald Laurier Institute; he specializes in Canada’s political, cultural and intellectual history, with a growing side interest in research methods and issues of academic freedom.
